I began studying the healing power of plants in an attempt to to live a more sustainable life and connect to deeper, ancestral healing. I want to show everyone how accessible plant medicine can be. You don’t have to be a yogi or a calm, centered, blissful person 24/7 to enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy and herbs. My premade blends are created with fun in mind. Each one has a name that hearkens to some of my favorite interests, from nerd culture, to music references, to quirky jokes between my husband and I. Not everything has to be so serious all the time. Playing with oils and herbs is fun and I wanted to convey that in the names of the blends. But rest assured that I take my blends and your wellness very seriously, plant medicine is my passion, I never stop learning, and I spend countless hours researching ingredients and formulating my blends. I am a trauma informed aromatherapist and a trauma educated herbalist, I focus on grief, trauma and autoimmune conditions when working with clients one on one. My premade herbal products are handy for general everyday complaints.
